Not investment advice

Trading Journal is a record-keeping and measurement tool. Nothing in it is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade.

The service computes statistics from fills you import — expectancy, R-multiples, win rate, SQN, Kelly fraction, t-statistics, drawdown and others. These describe trades you have already placed. They are not predictions, they do not account for your circumstances, and a favourable figure is not a reason to trade. Prop-firm guardrail figures are our arithmetic against rules you entered; your firm’s own accounting is authoritative and is the only thing that decides whether you have breached.

Futures trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you import and write. We store it to provide the service and for no other purpose: we do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, each of which is there to make a feature work.

Accuracy

Fees are derived from the contract and the session date rather than read from your file, because broker exports rarely carry them. We publish the rate tables and their sources, and we believe they are right — but a figure here is our computation, not a statement from your broker. Your broker’s statement is authoritative. Reconcile before you rely on a number for tax or for a payout claim.

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for trading losses, for decisions made using these figures, or for discrepancies between what we compute and what your broker or prop firm reports.

Plans and billing

• Free includes 20 AI assistant messages a month. Pro includes 200, Max 600. Every other feature is available on every plan.
• A message is one question you send. The assistant may take several steps to answer it; those are not counted separately.
• The allowance resets on the first of each calendar month, UTC. Unused messages do not carry over.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Upgrading takes effect immediately; the higher allowance applies to your next message.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then reverts to Free — we do not end it early.
• If a payment fails, the plan reverts to Free while the card is retried. Your data is untouched by this.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account or data, disrupt the service, or resell it. One account is for one person; if you need accounts for several traders, each needs their own.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your accounts, fills, trades, notes, plans, rules and conversations are removed and cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or another user.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account before they take effect. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
